At Elyx, we strive to ensure that your orders are delivered quickly and reliably. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order is processed, it is shipped via our trusted courier partners and is expected to reach you within 7 business days.

While we aim to deliver within 7 days, please note that unforeseen circumstances such as public holidays, extreme weather, or courier delays may occasionally extend delivery times.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email along with a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment in real time. For any issues related to lost, delayed, or damaged packages, please contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we will be happy to assist you with a replacement or refund.
